Brief history
Isis Auditing Office, formerly known as Al-M'ayeer, was founded in 1994 in the Emirate of Sharjah by Mrs. Isis Megahed, who serves as the group manager. The group expanded then to include branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with the goal of providing expert financial guidance and comprehensive accounting services to help our clients achieve their business and financial goals.

Mrs. Isis Megahed is a highly qualified and experienced accountant, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ain Shams University in Egypt, and a C.P.A.I member (The International Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors in England).

In addition to her professional qualifications and more than 40 years of experience. Mrs. Mujahid is also a registered member in the Association of Accountants and Auditors in the UAE with the Ministry of Economy, and a member of the Dubai International Center for Arbitration, as well as the Egyptian Chamber of International Commercial Arbitration.

Mrs. Isis Botros Meghed is a seasoned expert in financial and accounting auditing and the founder of ISIS GROUP, a specialized firm providing auditing and financial consultancy services to small and medium-sized enterprises in the United Arab Emirates. She brings extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and delivering advisory solutions based on precise professional standards.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative and Administrative Studies from Ain Shams University – Arab Republic of Egypt, with the qualification officially equated in the UAE to a Bachelor of Commerce – Business Administration major, reflecting a high level of academic achievement aligned with local regulatory and professional requirements.
